Is there a minimum?
No minimums. Even one. A single custom piece is a real order, whether it’s a gift, a personal project, or something just for you.
What blanks do you use?
We don't print on Gildan or Bella+Canvas. We use premium heavyweight, retail-quality blanks chosen for fit, weight, softness and print quality.
I only have an idea, no artwork — can you help?
Yes. Share your idea, a sketch, a photo, or inspiration links. We can create a design from your idea or refine something you already have. We’ll send a mockup plan and pricing before anything is pressed.
What can you customize?
We specialize in hoodies, activewear, and loungewear — including sweats, joggers, and sets. Premium tees are available too. Sizes S–5XL; we’ll confirm the options for your chosen garment.
How long does a project take?
Turnaround depends on the design, garment availability, and artwork approval. Share your deadline or event when you start a project. We’ll reach out within 1 business day with ideas, a mockup plan, and pricing, and confirm your production timeline.
What artwork files do you accept?
PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, PSD, and HEIC, up to 25 MB each. A high-resolution image helps; 300 dpi at print size and a transparent background are preferred for print-ready raster artwork. No art? An idea description works too.
What payment methods do you accept?
Your personalized quote will include payment details before you commit. Prices and any design, additional placement, rush, or delivery fees are confirmed in advance.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
Free shipping over $150, free local delivery in Apopka, Ocoee, Winter Garden, and the greater Orlando area.
